The best selection of grapes from the highest cultivated vineyards in the country (at an altitude of 1700m above sea level) are reserved for this exclusive wine. A blend of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon that has been aged in new French oak barrels for 14 months.
This unfiltered wine (in limited numbered bottles) has an expressive spicy nose with hints of clove and a luxurious taste of red fruits and spices with a caramelized finish.
Superb with any red meat.
